Getting found starts with one step
No matter your size or specialisation, getting listed follows the same simple process, and it costs nothing to start.
Step 1: Tell us what you offer
Fill out our onboarding form with your manufacturing sectors, minimum order volumes, and typical turnaround times.
Step 2: Show us what it looks like
Submit high-quality photography of your factory operations, equipment, and previous production runs
Step 3: Verify your standards
Provide the certifications that back your claims (GRS, RCS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, or equivalent).
Once you submit, our team reviews your documentation, builds out your profile, and curates your materials for the library, usually within 48 business hours. From there, you're visible to brands.

How much does it cost to join?
Getting listed and reaching brands is free through our Core tier. As you grow, paid tiers add more visibility and tools, but there's no cost to get started.
What certifications do you accept?
GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, RCS, OCS and Regenagri are the most common across our network, but our full standards and criteria cover chemical, environmental and social requirements across every production process. Certification is our guiding standard, but we evaluate each manufacturer individually, since responsible production looks different across the industry. Our focus is production quality, and scaling it to brands of every size.
Do I need a minimum size or volume to apply?
Our network includes manufacturers of every size, from specialised workshops to large-scale factories. What matters most is the quality you produce and the documentation behind it.
What happens after I submit my application?
Our team reviews your documentation and responds within 48 business hours. From there, we build out your profile and showcase your capabilities in the network. Once that's done, you're visible to brands sourcing production on World Collective.
How do brands actually find me?
Brands search and browse the network by manufacturing capability, capacity, specialisation and certifications. Our team also matches profiles directly to brand projects when there's a strong fit.
